Ive tested it on a few apps and the same is happening on Fireworks, After Effects. When photoshop is not the active window, my pen can control the cursor to any position on the screen, however once photoshop is the active window, i can only control the upper left corner of the monitor.
Im almost certain that what ever problems im having is not related to the tablet itself but my machine.
